Social Media
Managed a global business unit's social media presence posting 2-3 times a week on the following accounts:
-
LinkedIn
-
Twitter
-
Facebook
-
Instagram
-
YouTube
I collaborated with a corporate communications team to assist in identifying a strategy for each channel. After my efforts, monthly impressions on LinkedIn were quadrupled. My posts were drafted, scheduled, and published in Sprinklr fitting into a larger corporate social media calendar. I kept my eye out for opportunities to engage with customers and end-user brands with a large following.
Product / Service
Responsible for marketing a soft and hard product launch of a building energy efficiency rating system, I created a strategy for each audience targeting them with industry-specific content. After 6 months of operation, my marketing efforts attained:
-
490 total users
-
207 total accounts
-
185 projects
Creative Marketing
Experience and Promotional Marketing
To promote annual conferences, I created custom branded experiences such as Snapchat filters, pin-back buttons, .gifs, and other creative promotions. In addition, I assist with branding venues and engaging attendees during the conference with entertainment, branded photo booths, and promotional give-a-ways.
Content Marketing
2018 Annual Webcast
-
Hit the top 10 for 2018 webcasts hosted by Media Platform
-
Registrants: 6,958
-
25+ Global chapters hosted a live group viewing of the Webcast
-
Attracted nearly 5,000 site visitors on the day of the Webcast
With most webcasts or webinars, only 1/3 of the registrants actually come to view the live broadcast. My marketing efforts accumulated near half of the total registrants watching live. Incorporating new social media and digital marketing strategies entertained a more diverse audience across the globe.
For an evergreen inbound marketing effort, I separated this footage into 4 smaller segments to create as a playlist on the corporate Youtube Channel.
Grassroots Marketing
Government Affairs
While working directly with the Government Affairs staff in D.C., I assisted with their grassroots advocacy training efforts by creating instructional and educational materials.
Training Materials:
-
Educational PPTs
-
Topical Fact Sheets
-
Tips for Writing and Phoning Government Officials
In addition to these training materials, I also created promotional kits with marketing materials about the organization to reference and leave behind during their visit with government officials.
Promotional Kits:
-
Branded Pens
-
Branded “thank you” cards for a follow-up correspondence
-
Business Cards
-
Advocacy Flyers
-
Brochure about the organization
E-Commerce
Managed a store of branded merchandise including inventory management and foreseeing trends. As a one-woman show, I also managed the website, vendors, branding, budgets, orders, processing, and shipping of the merchandise. The challenge I faced when managing the merchandise store, our purchasing interface was not fully integrated into our website and was confused on how to complete a purchase. Once a month, I personally went through the checkout process and coordinated with IT to resolve any bugs. Every year, we would ship our merchandise and set up a physical store at a semi-annual conference to allow for on-site purchases. From time to time, I would run sales and plan give-a-ways to clear outdated inventory.
